I decided to make candied tangerine peels with them and juice the flesh of the fruit with carrots for morning meals (sometimes even dinners).

Actually…the ones in these photos are from actual grocery shopping buys. The bear jar was for an organic jam which I am now using to store some of the candied tangerine peel and the milk jar is for storing sugar. I prefer storing foods in glass containers due to plastic actually releasing estrogen like chemicals. Not good!!!
The softer the plastic the more harmful. Glass is the best way to go for food storing.
